Body Fat - Causes and Solutions Many people are desperately trying to lose fat from their body. Millions log onto the internet to find a permanent fat solution for their fat which will do wonders to their body. However, most have been disappointed and have not found a solution to their problems. Before we start finding practical fat solution, it is important to address the major issues associated with fat gain. There are a number of different reasons why a person may gain fat in their body which is hard to burn. If you want to lose the extra fat, you will need to adopt two important things in your life. First is regular exercise and the second is proper diet. Regular exercise - In order to lose the fat in your body, you will need to exercise regularly so that your body can burn the calories. If you do not exercise, the fat will keep accumulating in your body and you will not be able to lose the fat. You can join a gym or workout at home, whatever you are comfortable in.

Proper diet -  When you start exercising, you need to make sure that you eat properly so that you do not end up gaining more fat then you burn everyday.  You should make sure that you drink lots of water. You should make it a habit of drinking around 3-4 liters of water every day.  One should always have your breakfast, no matter in how much hurry they are to reach their office. If you do not have your breakfast, you will end up overeating when you sit down to have lunch and you will feel hungry throughout the day.  Avoid overeating when you sit down to eat and eat slowly. When you eat slowly, you will know for yourself when you are full. Avoid eating in front of the television as people tend to eat more when they are doing something else other than eating.  Never sit with all the utensils with food in it. Serve yourself food on a plate and eat it from that. Avoid second serves.  Try to have a light dinner as the body tends to store fat during the night time and burn calories in the morning.
